Thanks for pointing this out. This was a really fun little special. The story wasn't all that unique, but it was still enjoyable and had some good jokes in it. There's something really amusing to me about the idea that Shocker's current master plan is to hijack a time machine just to steal a lottery ticket. I loved the gags centered around the Crisis soldier, first the bit where the Shocker mooks thought he was a big deal and then the fantastic stinger with Black RX.

Biggest thrill for me was seeing Rina Akiyama show up. I'm not surprised that Toei can get some voice actors back into the booth to record dialogue, but it's always a treat when one of the actual human characters from Den-O shows up again. Pity we didn't get Owner, too, but I'm more than happy to have Naomi.
