Dunno about this particular iteration of the musical but it has been one of those gigs toku alumni have been part of alongside the Prince of Tennis musicals. Miyuki Kanbe who played Hinaka in Kamen Rider Hibiki was Sailor Moon, Miyabi Matsuura who played Naomi in Ultraman Orb had a stint as Sailor Mercury, and Yu Takahashi who was Yuri in Kamen Rider Kiva was Sailor Jupitor at one point.
And 3 other notable toku alumni were Tuxedo Mask at one point in their careers; Yuta Mochizuki who played Geki/Tyrannoranger in Zyuranger, Kenji Urai who played N Daguba Zeba in Kamen Rider Kuuga, and Kousei Amano(then Hironari Amano) who played Sakuya Tachibana/Kamen Rider Garren in Kamen Rider Blade. I'm sure there are more other than these 6 but that is far as I know.
