They're not new per se. I'm pretty sure they're Ark-Zero's. The shoes are also from the Ark suit.

The asahi site calls it the "Ark Spec," and its stated purpose is to connect with the user of the Ark-One system.
So it kind of brings up the question of whether the chip was originally Ark technology Gai used in the Spec, or if the chip is Zaia technology that Azu put in the key for some reason. The former seems a little more likely to me, since the Specs always had that vulnerability that allowed Naki to control them.
