Why are Rita (Nana Asakawa) and AkaRed (Touru Furuya) absent? And what are the other Reds' reactions over Zenkaiser, who is not a Red Sentai Hero but a White one instead?

This movie has nothing to do with that special. And neither does the show.

Also, PLEASE STOP TREATING SSSB as the turning point for the franchise and stop treating Rita as the new Big Bad of the franchise. Both were nothing but fan service, that isn’t meant to be taken as hard canon.
