Except the actors, the whole production staff is the same as Armor Hero (2 TV series, 1 movie), including designers, diretors, stunts etc.
The stunt director for both Armor Hero and Giant Saver is Takanori Shibahara, who has been doing stunts in many tokusatsu shows back in 80s, and most of those were Toei's.

I heard the major in-suit-actors/actress are all from Shibahara's team, some of them were in Hesei Rider/Sentai.
