Yeah, the ending does kinda stick like a bit of a sore thumb. Honestly, it really is just the fact that it ends with Yullian being kidnapped. Keep everything else like Tartarus explaining his plan and even early Belial/Tregear still being around, and I would be ok with it as a tease for the next UGF. As is, it makes it feel like the heroes ultimately lost at the end, and retroactively makes the events in Z feel a little weird cause now there's this huge plot point of "Yullian has been kidnapped" that's never acknowledged in the show.

Aside from that, I still really enjoyed TAC. It's very cool to see all these old and obscure characters/forms come back into the spotlight, especially at a time when Ultra is getting an increasing global presence. I'm looking forward to the next UGF though I hope it doesn't pull another cliffhanger ending. If it is going to do that, at least announce that there's going to be another installment so that we can temper our expectations.
