As lazy as the 21 suit's new parts are I'd rather take what remolds it did over a slight recolor of an existing suit. Zi-O re-used a lot of past suits and pieces but credit where it's due, it did so really well imo. Still really like all the future rider designs.

You know. I actually like the cape, and don't mind the cards on the cape too much, the extended head thing is a little goofy, but I all in all, I don't think it's that bad. But I don't think it's anywhere near good either, given how ridiculous they went with the details, and maybe it was intentional, though it's not surprising given how they usually do one-off forms like this.

Haven't seen the episode yet, maybe I'll wait for it to be subbed.
