I feel like the difference is the future plots are intro’d earlier in the other shows then ghost or saber? I don’t know what do y’all think?

The difference with Ex-Aid I feel is that the arcs felt clear-cut. Like Dan was a big threat, but he wasn't THE threat, which was the looming threat of Gamedeus and a bugster invasion. And since that was made known early on in the series, the end of Dan's arc didn't feel like an early endgame, just the end of one of the conflicts the series had set up.
