I’ll mention that his belt has different name’s for Haruto’s rings though (Flame becomes Volcano, Big becomes Giant, Dress Up becomes Costume and so on).

I've seen enough media to know that anyone who dresses the way he does and has a super embossed voice is 99% of the time a villain, or at the very least not a total good guy.

Speaking of his belt, that's a major giveaway too, though I do like how it contrasts Haruto's' in terms of both visual and vocal design.

While I do have an idea of what White Wizard's' deal is, I'll wait to see. However it turns out, I'm definitely not gonna harp on the show for it, since if I were a kid watching it, my dumb-dumb brain probably wouldn't've qued in on any of this stuff, haha.
