Thank you for following along! It's definitely weird how these things work out. Had I not been watching the very thematically appropriate Wizard at the same time, I probably would've done a comparison with Casshern Sins instead(great anime).

I hadn't been following this thread too closely, since I was considering watching Blassreiter myself and didn't want to get too spoiled, but after seeing your final review I think I'll skip it, that kind of shallow nihilism just sounds like a slog to me.
