The money isn't in DVDs anymore. Not that it matters, as Blu-Ray players are typically compatible with older DVDs anyway (a fact I confirmed when I set mine up a couple of years ago).

As much as I think that Dragon Knight needs a re-release, I fear there are rights issues with who did that adaptation which inhibit distribution. That being said, since Ryuki is destined to go up in favorability and attention with this news, there is the extremely mild possibility that perhaps something might happen in the future, but not the immediate future.
