Once a package leaves the Zenmarket warehouse, they are pretty much hands off with anything they can do. I sent them a support message but I doubt this will be resolved in a satisfactory way.

So yeah, bummer. The rest of my order was fine, but this figure was the most expensive thing and the cause for the high shipping cost

Oof, that sucks. Super sorry that happened. Was the statue even from the same franchise the Revoltech figure was supposed to be from?
