I'm fairly surprised that there's some of you who were iffy on Kuroto's mannerisms. I just thought this was on course for his character, especially knowing what he does in Gorider as Kenzaki. Kuroto is in a TTFC special instead of being in the show proper so he can let loose.

Considering we don't see Thouser in the next episode and the merch being put out not having Thouser at all, I'm guessing this was it for him. Masamune probably beats down Kuroto and with his death probably curing Gai and Kuroto's words to Gai about being a president resonating with him to continue forward with his new IT company.
