There was some speculation in the pre-season that Zenkaiger was taking a cue from "monster tamer" shows, where there would be multiple human rangers each leading their own team of robots, and that there would be competition between the various teams for the Sentai Gears. I don't know how much of that was pulled out of thin air, but based on the details that have been released about TwoKaizer and StaCaesar, I'm not ruling it out.
