Ultra Q came out before Ultraman, so it's probably a great place to start. I have the whole series but haven't been able to get around to watch it yet, though I really should.

Honestly, any Tokusatsu Kaiju media is something I crave, so I hope there's more down the line. I do know there's going to be one by Toei about people cleaning up after a Kaiju attack.
