What's the point of archiving your Showa-era toku series by promoting it as an International Channel when there aren't any language options for 99% of it?

Yes, that too which further makes me think this is strictly obligatory. Thinking about it really pisses me off further come to think of it. Personally I don't need subtitles cause thankfully I am at a point where I don't need it unless it is some period piece or a political thriller drama soap opera, but regardless it just comes off as half-assed and lack of effort.
