Personally, I kind of like Kamen Rider Solomon's design. It is very much stitched together from other suit parts. It has the overall body from Kamen Rider Zi-O's Kasshine (the Bird/Cuckoo Clock-based soldiers of Ohma Zi-O, Barlckxs, and Another Diend), the Head from Kamen Rider Calibur Jaou Dragon Form, the Cape from Kamen Rider Gaim's Kamen Rider Bravo Kingdurian Arms, the Caladbolg is based upon the Kingexcalibur (fitting, since in the King Arthur Mythos, Caladbolg was the original mold), the Driver/Belt is yet another Jaken Caliburdriver Redeco, and the Omni Force Wonder Ride Book is a redeco of the X-Swordsman Wonder Ride Book. The Omni Force Wonder Ride Book is based upon an Omnibus, which according to Google's Dictionary, is "a volume containing several novels or other items previously published separately". Which is fitting for his suit, which is a combination of several items previously released separately. Meanwhile, Kamen Rider Solomon is freaking overpowered as heck. It could handle Kamen Saber Elemental Primitive Dragon, Kamen Rider Blades Tategami Hyoujuu Senki, Kamen Rider Saikou X-Swordsman, Kamen Rider Slash Hanselnuts to Gretel, and Kamen Rider Buster Genbu Shinwa all at once and basically get no damage from them all. It could negate both Kamen Rider Sabela's and Kamen Rider Durendal's Powers, those same powers requiring Kamen Rider Saber to use the Primitive Dragon Wonder Ride Book, those same powers defeating multiple swordsmen all at once. And Master Logos aka Isaac said that the Omni Force Wonder Ride Book was incomplete. Basically, it's like an Anime Villain saying "This isn't even my final form." How much higher in power could Kamen Rider Solomon get?! Where is the upper limit?! I'm getting some severe Cronus>Gamedeus Cronus/Evol>Evol Black Hole vibes and I'm not sure if I like it or not.

Though, seriously speaking, what could Kamen Rider Saber's Final Form be to take down Kamen Rider Solomon? And is it somehow linked to his popup book?
