The heavily increased difficulty of BFTG's CPUs has seriously forced me to improve at some of my characters. Like I'm not kidding, these things are deadly now and it really makes you learn on the spot! Not bad for me because it's ended up with me having more fun with the game


A bit unfortunate though is that my having more fun with it comes with, uh... well, a bit of an annoyance that causes me to not buy the new SF stuff even though I do want it?

See, the new SF pass includes one alternate skin each for Ryu and Chun-Li (their 'class of 93' skins), but the super edition upgrades specifically include one more -- Helmetless Ryu. This would be fine, but... the cheapest upgrade pack is the one for those who bought the collectors' edition, and thus includes everything not in that including Season 3, causing it to be much more expensive -- £17 compared to the SF pass's £11. I already bought the Season 3 pass not long after it came out, so... as someone who's been buying all DLC as it comes out, I can't say I'm feeling especially happy or rewarded right now! It is only one skin, sure, and a minor one at that; and £6 isn't exactly a lot of money, but... I'm holding out in case they fix this somehow. Bit disappointed in this decision as it actively disincentives customers who have been loyally buying their stuff as it comes out.
