There's this theory I read somewhere, I'm misremembering if it was actually here or somewhere else, but IRL Akane is actually Rikka in the Youthful beautiful ED. Something about IRL Akane looking like Rikka, and Rikka looks surprised to Akane showing up in the ED, different uniforms than the one in the Gridman world, and the use of IRL background.
