Don't know if it helps, but I use a site called Dramacool to watch Tokusatsu shows. So if you want to try a different site, there's an option, if not, you can always google an episode and find a site you like.

As for Saber, it has grown phenomenally since the first quarter which was very rushed and didn't have enough time to explore the world and characters. Now it's quite possible I might say between this and Zero-One, Saber would be my pick for Reiwa's best Rider season. It's no surprise there's a lot of people saying they're really enjoying Saber here, and it has definitely improved.

Of course, that's entirely up to you if you choose to watch it or not, and now you look for options on sites to watch Toku, if you're interested.
