Imagine if a person loves eating burgers so much that he tries to make his own burgers. Maybe that is the case with George, where he loves Kamen Rider so much that when he found out about the Deadmans he tried using his science and technology skills to create technology that can turn him (or his friend maybe) to a Kamen Rider.
