Really curious about the beginning of the episode though cause that editing was a bit odd. I feel like it implied that Storious just decided to move the story abruptly or something?

Regardless this was a real good episode, a quick but very effective fight at the beginning to show just how powerful this miniboss squad is alongside a demonstration of Storious' power.

And it's believable that Storious would be able to overpower Xross Saber too. While Xross Saber was powerful and it could beat Solomon, that was mostly just it edging it out most of the time. So combine Omniforce with three other Megid Leader Books, a big piece of the Great Book which we've seen turn into upgrade forms before, alongside the possible thousands of human souls trapped in books? Yeah no that's absolutely going to be more powerful.

Then the rest of the episode is basically showcasing everyone slowly but surely preparing for the battle. There are some things I'm thinking might happen but I'll keep quiet on that for now. Still, the fact that we forgo the normal ED and Preview sequences just to keep the atmosphere rolling is honestly really good. That final sequence of everyone silently walking towards the tower as dawn begins to rise is an absolutely great sequence.

They are ready to beat the hell out of Storious, and probably get some McDonalds (as bts pics have shown us lol)

Overall a great setup for our final three episodes.
