Well as we've demonstrated, given the collectibles for Zi-O had two Audience Voting P-Bandai sets, and Scissors got into one of them, yeah Scissors is stupidly popular and also just a meme given all the stuff I've seen of late.

But anyway Ryuki! The story is not all that special to me, but I enjoy the concept of this world greatly actually? I feel like this might be my favorite world based on concept alone with the whole idea of "Yeah the jury to a criminal case are just Riders fighting each other and whoever wins gets the verdict" because it's such an out there and interesting idea?

But also that aesthetic being the only part that stood out to me aside from all the neat Rider suits, was why I didn't pick Ryuki as one of the three Heisei shows that I was going to go through after Decade. Also I'll be real, from when I initially did research on Ryuki, the base idea of Riders fighting each other in a seemingly random battle did nothing to spark interest so there's that!

I feel like I can also easily explain why Mysterious Fisherman would collab with Abyss to frame Natsumi only to offer her freedom. It was so she'd say yes, he wanted to make her desperate enough to where she'd say yes and go with him. For what? No clue. But that's the interpretation I got out of it once I realized "Oh, he was collabing, yeah that makes sense."

Also while Dreamsword wasn't too hot on Tsukasa here, I kind of absolutely loved him in this one? I don't know it kinda says something about like the relationship between him and Natsumi, it's clearly not a long standing one, but it's not one that's been short either. So the two get away with teasing each other and such and even one line at the beginning really says all you need to know on how relaxed he is with Natsumi. Like his reaction isn't one of shock, it's one of him knowing her for a while, knowing she didn't do this, but still wanting to get a smart remark out even if Onodera is there. He probably even did that because he knew he'd get a reaction.

The line of "So she's finally snapped?" said all casually, was great and I'm surprised I completely forgot about it. Also given all of Natsumi's vulcan neck pokes, I'd also be as smug as Tsukasa easily blocking her attempts to hit his neck. And also because like, clearly Tsukasa knows that she isn't guilty, so he figures "This is my one chance, I might as well do this now" and I enjoy that. It's very childish but it works honestly.
