Day Two

Danny was trying to understand this, he honestly was. It was just alot to take in. Ankh was a Greeed. But he wanted his help stopping the other Greeed, who weren't real Greeed, and as a bonus Ankh wanted all the Core Medals back again. That's well and good.. None of it made sense but it was all well and good. And all Ankh could do was watch Danny flipping the Taka Medal along his knuckles while he leaned against the far wall, beside his younger sister. She was allowed to stay. She brought Ankh Seat Salt Ice Cream.
"So after you get all these Medals, Pajaro, what exactly you going to do with them?" Seemed like a fair question. Not that Ankh was about to answer. “Come on, Pajaro. You want my help, I want to know what you going to do with..." That tugging meant one thing. Bella telling her big brother to stop pestering the nice blonde haired man. Ruffling her hair, he gave her a nod and just folded his arms. But there was something else he needed to know. "You said those Greeed weren't real Greeed. Can you tell me what that means atleast?"
"A man named Hyuga made them. Took my brothers and sisters Core Medals and made those things, and called them Greeed. They aren't real. But the Cores inside them are." Someone took his.. Yea, he decided, that'd piss him off to. "Fair enough. So where we start, Pajaro?" Ankh huffed. "Why do you keep calling me that, huh?!" Danny grinned. "Means Bird of Prey, man. Seemed to fit, ya know?" Ankh couldn't argue with that. "We start with finding that Cat and taking the last of her Core Medals. She has one of the missing Cheetah and the Lion."

Komainu growled. Angrily sending her fist through one of the solid concrete support beams holding up the old factory her and her brothers had called home. "Ankh... ANKH! .. He recreated OOO, now what do we do, eh?!" She watched on as each of her brothers emerged from the darkness. Mushi held the Green Medals. Appearing as a young man with shoulder length black hair streaked with green, wearing blue jeans and a long green trench coat with a white undershirt. Chikara was older. A mountain of muscle beneath a tank top and dress slacks. With short cropped black hair and empty gray eyes. Her sister Susuki was alot like her. Tall, long blue hair where Komainu had blonde. And wearing a short skirt, long jacket, and sports bra. Where Komainu was wearing a hockey jersey hanging off her left shoulder, and skintight pants underneath.
Mushi stepped forward, grinning that sadistic grin with an arrogant cock of his head. “Look at you. And that wasn’t even the real goddamn OOO! Come on, Sis. I’m disappointed.”
Koma pulled her hand back, ready to punch a hole straight through his head! ... But Susuki stopped her with a simple stroke through her hair. That lone touch made Koma purr. “Don’t torment our dear sister, Mushi. None of us saw there being another OOO. We’ll deal with him. We already we know he has a weakness.. That girl you attacked, Koma. He seemed to only come after you took her. And look how he cared for her after.. He has a weakness. And we all know Ankh’s. He wants our Cores.”
“What do we do if She wakes up in the meantime?”
Chikara took a deep inhale, rumbling angrily as his massive shoulders rolled. Well, she thought, that answered that question.

Least the shopping district was close to being repaired. Though with Bella pulling him and Ankh from shop to shop that may not be such a good thing! Of course Ankh got roped into helping carry bags and boxes. He tried fighting at first. But then she pouted, her lip started trembling, and Ankh did the sensible thing. He surrendered.
While she inside one of the hops, Ankh leaned himself against a street pole and began enjoying his bribe for helping. More Sea Salt Ice Cream. “Your sister, eh? Why doesn’t she speak.” Danny sighed. He saw the question coming sooner or later. Leaning himself back on the bench, he laid his arms across the back and turned his attention skyward for a moment. “Our parents, yea? Lost’m in a house fire when she was six. Bella? She saw the whole thing. Happened while I was at school, yea? They pulled her out.. but since then she ain’t said one word to anyone.” Danny didn’t like thinking about that day. Running home, not knowing if his whole family was alive or dead. He may’ve been adopted into that traditional Japanese family, but to him? Bella was his blood. Luckily though he didn’t have much time to dwell since people started screaming.
“Ankh? Look after Bella.. Please.” Ankh grunted, but nodded. Danny knew he would. Something about Ankh.. He tried acting like a cold-hearted bastard but deep inside he knew Ankh gave a damn. Least when it came to this. “Henshin.”

Komainu turned just in time to watch the two Yummy following her explode into countless Medals. With OOO standing where they once stood, still bouncing on his toes and loosening his neck. Cocky jackass. “You aren’t even the real OOO.” OOO couldn’t even respond. Her talking was just a distracted for whatever freight train just hit him in the stomach, and sent him hurtling backward. Thankfully that nice minivan broke his fall. Shaking his head clear, OOO stood.. and sighed heavily. Using the minivan to help him stand with one hand laid across his stomach. “Come on, man.. Seriously?”
That goddamn thing looked like a monster. Literally. The Elephant headed gray beast stood, had to be, nine foot. Just muscle and gray armor and growling anger. “Amigo.. you are ugly. That ugly truck hit you, backed up, and hit you upside the head again, ain’t?” The beast charged, and damn he was quicker then Danny thought. He almost didn’t roll out of the way in time! Watching as the beast tore through the Van.. which Danny was kind of hoping would stop him.
He had himself an idea though. Pulling out Tora, Danny replaced it with Gorilla and scanned the Medals one more time!

Oh yea, he could feel it now. Bouncing on his feet, Danny bent himself at the knee. Gathering energy which surged through both legs making the highlights glow brilliant green. “Alright, Fugly! You’n me gonna dance!” OOO launched himself towards the beast. Using the speed of the Batta hopper to keep out of the lumbering behemoth’s reach as he tried pulling OOO out of the sky again and again. And each time he got close enough he swing with Gorilla, punching him wherever he could land a blow. Stick and move, stick and move, his sensei would be so proud. Or really confused. Something though made him stop.. and it wasn’t anything this Elephant man did.

“Does she belong to you?”

OOO landed and turned. Feeling anger, and rage, pouring through him. That Cheetah Girl had his sister, stroking her slender neck with that furred clawed hand. The threat was there. One move and she’d cut straight through and deep. “Let her go, Chica. She ain’t got nothing to do with this, yea?” He sword that Cat smiled. “Oh, yes she does. Because of you. Now give us the Medals that Ankh gave you.. or I see what this little girl looks like on the inside.”
Danny clenched his gloved fist. Ankh... Where was Ankh?! That’s when he noticed her hand glimmer. And Danny smiled... hoping he was right. “Nah.” Ripping out Batta and Gorilla, Danny replaced them with..

Komainu sliced Bella’s neck, watching her fall.. only to disappear and Ankh latch himself onto her face. “Chikara! You idiot get him off me!” Chikara stopped midcharge. Watching as OOO reappeared from his super-speed run behind his sister. Claws out, watching over his shoulder as Komainu fell onto her knees. Arms limp at her sides.. and exploded into a shower of Medals. Including the two Cores she held inside of her body. With her dead.. The beast just turned and disappeared into some nearby shadow. While Ankh and OOO claimed the Cores for themselves.
