I mean we got all the Den-O forms. That was probably testing the waters for non-main rider kits. With Den-O as popular as it is, if those kits don't do well, I doubt we'll see much beyond secondary riders at most. Some secondaries are easy yes, like Knight, but then you have Mach who is so so different from Drive that there's very few parts they could share. And if you do a secondary for X series, people are gonna want secondary for Y series!

But yeah, I also think they are prioritizing the 20 main Heisei riders. It's important to do them all relatively fast lest you end up in a situation where the last release is significantly better than the first release and you spend forever trying to catch them all up to the same quality. Something like the Figuarts line.

The commitment to 20 was important to me because I've collected a lot of toy lines only for them to get discontinued before feeling like they could be "complete". I would still buy the FRS kits because I really like them, but if they only did like 12 and then just stopped-- man I would've hated that.
