I don't think Ninja Captor has enough of a legacy to get a reboot (Seeing as how much larger series' attempts at reboots or revivals haven't done as well, either), but it would be nice for them to actually acknowledge it's connection beyond this random reference in Zenkaiger.

Hell, maybe they could do what Let's Go Kamen Rider did with Zubat, Kikaider, Kikaider 01, and Inazuman and have the Ninja Captor team make a reappearance in a film for a little bit.
