Because the previous episode established Papa-san creating a YT vid of advertising the bath house as some "solve your issues with Ikki-san!" establishment. Unfortunately not FENIX sponsored and so they racked up debt.

I can agree with this. Reminds me of Zero-One's job arc except this one's super fast instead of the aforementioned slow pace. Ikki pulls a big brain on these so fast, I feel like it should have been a two-parter. Tho, I did like that end part where Kamen Rider Tyrant- I mean the lawyer says 'HARD WORK DOESN'T PAY OFF!' and just stares in the world waiting to be arrested, it's a small callback to when Ikki told the youtuber to 'try harder' or something like that. Ikki definitely felt something there, considering he nods a little.

Edit: I do feel kinda empathetic towards Tyrant- I mean lawyer-san. He's a terrible lawyer as mentioned at the start of the episode. In a slump where the only way he was successful was using a Deadman. Gracias Deadmans? A terrible joke with how Ikki quickly dealt with the monster and the dirtbag judge. So, he just stands there, waiting for to be turned in by the cops.

In short, Hard work doesn't pay off. Many people think the same. is actually a pretty somber last words for the episode to end on. I mean, yeah, we had the scene with Julio and Kagerou, the episode truly ended there.
