There's a lot of institutional memory that these short films tapped into, which is probably appropriate when they're supporting an anniversary series. Everybody's got little stories from previous shows, so why not drop them in here?

OH MAN! You should definitely watch the Net-Movies after you watch a series! It doesn't exactly improve the narrative, but it makes you a lot more happy for having watched the show. It's like getting together with friends to make jokes about something you all really enjoyed. I highly recommend taking the time to watch some of these shorts.
