Yeah, I obviously can't speak to how the TV series ends yet, but I think this would've worked okay as a series ending. On the one hand, it hits a lot of the major outstanding plot points that... someone probably cared about, and reframes Team Decade as an ongoing, open-ended concern. (I mean, I though it had already done that at the end of the Nine Worlds arc, but the series had other ideas!) On the other hand, it doesn't really do a lot for anyone other than Tsukasa (Onodera doesn't get a character arc, and Natsumi forgives Tsukasa way too easily) and Sayo's a major character who wasn't in the rest of the series. I'd assume a series-ending version of this script would've more definitively wrapped up the whole Disintegrating Multiverse plot, but otherwise... yeah, this would've been an okay end.

If your going to watch the Special Edition I could just tell you the timestamps as for where the changes occur in both episodes since there isn't much of them. And the only one that matters truefully is the final episode.

After an intense conference with Zatyme, where it only briefly devolved into It's Decade So It Probably Won't Help Anyway, the decision was made to watch the Special Editions.
