I don't like when people add swearing in subtitles, I get it's tricky to find an English equivalent sometimes but it just comes off to me as a bit immature and desperate to be taken seriously. Yeah, it wasn't polite language that the character said but they didn't actually swear, it's always tricky to find a comparison with toku but if back in the day you were watching Byker Grove characters wouldn't suddenly come out with a load of expletives!
