I'll go ahead and say it: who the hell is Stonebot Studios? I was at a comics shop earlier this afternoon and didn't see an imprint by Stonebot, but I can't say I was looking hard either.

Despite all that, this is a definite step in the right direction. Rider still has a weak presence in the West and needs a boost.

The notion of ORIGINAL content also changes the dynamic to an unexpected degree. I've often wondered if someone would license Rider like Marvel licensed Ultraman, and this might be what I was thinking of.

Between this and the upcoming series release, most people who aren't familiar with Rider might view Zero-One as the most important and central series; the "face" of Western Distribution!
