I think that sort of fits the characters, though? Wizard's whole thing is showmanship; finesse. Fourze's is enthusiasm; recklessness. It makes sense that Wizard would be a better fighter than Wizard, just like it makes sense that Fourze could draw more power from his friends.

I get that from a conceptual standpoint but if you're going to execute that in a fight scene maybe don't do it in a way that makes it look one-sided in favor of the current Rider instead of his predecessor when the final fight in a team-up should be about showing them both off equally against the bad guys.
