I think I do agree that generally Sentai seems to be more consistent in quality than either Kamen Rider or Power Rangers for my tastes.

I don't mind romance in Sentai as long as they don't start having long kissing scenes like are more common in English-language TV and film, like when Doctor Who started having more of them when it came back I just found it a bit pathetic if I'm honest whereas for some reason in soap operas I mostly just see by osmosis it doesn't bother me!
