They did not. The show only has two designers, Tamotsu Shinohara (Ryuki, Faiz, Kiva and Build) and Yutaka Izubuchi (who did some Sentai designs in the 80s). Getting every designer back would be impossible (since the guy who did Blade, Kabuto and Den-O died before the show was even conceived, while the guy who did Gaim is contracted to Gen Urobuchi?s company) and would result in a lot of clashing designs.
