Sorry I missed this post, but no, the cracking seems to have been fixed by the time of the US release. And the instructions have English translation alongside the Japanese.

I've gotten all the lockseeds so far, just waiting on Yggdrasil and Helheim sets. Given they haven't released the main energy lockseeds, I'm guessing there will be a CSM Genesis driver possibly either bundled with the energy lockseeds or with them sold as a separate pack. I could wish for the weapons but those are highly unlikely, though they are making a CSM ridebooker, so who knows?
