Especially considering the DX Grand Zi-O Ride Watch was released to coincide with this first half airing, I'd imagine something about that is what motivated the somewhat unusual structure for a final form debut? It is a little weird to lead off with Grand Zi-O instead of, y'know, the huge group of guest stars they teased at the end of the previous episode, but I think it works well dramatically. A lot of the emphasis for this story is the imminent arrival of Grand Zi-O and its unstoppable might, so it helps the audience to actually see what Yuuto is so terrified of.

It's a very neat suit! I'm not sure I'd feel comfortable wearing my collection around like that, but I respect Sougo's pride in his hard work.

As for the episode itself, I think this one was pretty uneven for me. More Momotaros and Yuuto/Deneb is always welcome and I really liked how the show used them. The other Taros, though... I think this is maybe the first time that I really keenly felt that the other Imagin were really only here because they're a package deal with Momotaros. I remember feeling like they were pretty badly wasted in the subplot with Sougo's uncle.

With Momo being Full-Time Den-O, it makes sense that he'd hog more of the spotlight for this episode. I thought the stuff with Uncle was pretty fun, but, yeah, there's nothing really for the three of them to do but be wacky sidekicks.

"Package deal" is right, though: I don't think you could ever get away with just having Momo in a story. Even his role in Super Duper Hero Taisen required Ura (at a minimum) to provide some context for Momo's weirdness. It's not really Den-O if there's only one Imagin.
