Drive is also very prominent in the Grand Zi-O jingle: "Double, OOO, Fourze! Wizard, Gaim, DORAIBUUUU!" Like the Ridewatch is screaming at Sougo to remind him that he still needs to get his own Drive Ridewatch instead of borrowing Oma Zi-O's.

Really bad luck that Sougo just happened to summon him against Oma Zi-O though. But when you consider that Oma Zi-O already has an idea how his younger self would act, he probably planned for this to happen and set up this fight specifically to show that Drive is loyal to him, not Sougo.

I imagine the effect is similar to Yesterday Dopant, where the Riders are pulled from their times to go through the same motions, but without awareness of their new surroundings and without harm to those Riders, who aren't really present. So it's probably not that horrific.
