Episode 43~

-Arguably, I cared in the sense that it very much pushed a villian I was always kinda bored of into the realm of frusturatingly dull. I've never been particularly a fan of Rider "masterminds", (with only a handful sticking in my mind after the credits starts to roll), but Swartz? The man is so devoid of anything- cunning, charisma, fun dynamics/foils with the heroes- that I'd rather literally anyone else take a stab at playing mastermind than him, even if it makes less sense than Swartz......

-At this point, Hiryuu being so one-note about his hatred feels hilarious in a twisted sense, it's like he's forever frozen in a speific point in time.

-Uncle gearing up to go save Tsukuyomi himself was very sweet, even if it was supposed ot be a gag.

-God I wish there was more to the Time Jacker betrayal than what we got. I feel like there was lots of potential missed with those two. In my initial watch, I really liked Heure and Ora, but now I think that was in the sense I've might've been filling up the holes there with my own personal headcanons/theories and whatnot. Bummer.....

-Oh yeah, this is the closing episode to the penultimate arc btw, we're officially in endgame territory now. Kinda a sour note to end on, as my feelings about this AU 3-parter mostly range from neutrality-frustrating, just like how I felt on my initial watch. Hopefully Zi-O sticks the landing...?


- But hey! On the flipside of all this negativity, I think there's no better point in time than this to jump into OQ and the HBV, I've been really looking forward to those discussions!
