It would've certainly helped this betrayal land at all if we'd gotten a sense of Heure and Ora as more than just The Other Two Time Jackers. If they'd served some specific purpose, or had designs of their own, or tried to usurp Swartz, or SOMETHING. Instead, they're just two kids who rode Swartz'z coattails until he randomly decided to stop letting them do that. Fun story!
