Speaking personally, I wouldn't expect anything too high-fidelity when it comes to the animation to begin with. An adaptation of a manga that's based on a fairly old children's toku show is quite a few levels of niche, so I don't think its going to be a big priority kind of work.

That said, while I'm expecting CG for any action scenes, I'm envisioning the shift to feel more natural by adding to how dramatic the transformation into W feels. Then again, I think my anime standards are fairly generous in that something would have to look really bad for me to consider it bad.
