Even more than all that (which does a yeoman's job of trying to provide logic to Swartz'z scheme), it's a development that turns Kamen Rider Puppy Dog into Kamen Rider Attack Dog, and who was asking for that? Who in the world was watching this show hoping that it would Get Personal for Sougo? Unpleasant.
