Yeah, it's... the idea of Oma Zi-O surviving is fine. Oma Zi-O should survive, because his metaphorical use is to be something that Sougo can never really think is gone for good, because that potential is always within Sougo.

But Oma Zi-O being trapped in a pocket dimension (?) and recruiting Narutaki (??) to find someone powerful enough to go into the purgatorial pocket dimension instead of him (???) is just a dumb, dumb storyline. It might as well be some returning Shocker general, for all the impact he has on the story.
