I forgot to comment on this thread yesterday when I watched the episode, but I got to think this over a bit more this way.


I've been trying to put my mixed thoughts on Revice into words, because it is a very unique show with lots of great aspects, but I often feel like it fumbles the execution of its ideas. I like this episode, but seeing Fish mention an alternate scenario where Tamaki gets to play the role of getting Hana to accept her past and old identity? That sounds so much better for both Hana and Tamaki's arcs! There is a noticable roughness to a lot of aspects of Revice where I just wish they handled things a bit differently. It isn't enough to make me dislike the show by any stretch, but I do feel like the show fails to reach its full potential.


I digress though, I really do like Sakura and Hana's dynamic and it was a nice episode overall. Greatly enjoying Daiji's pain train too.
