I do love the deep lore of Saber. However, I think the reason why the show struggled to fit everything was due to the producer's decision to put Fukuda in charge of spin-off projects, leaving Hasegawa to take the wheel for most of its run.

It's pretty ridiculous that they made a really cool unique probably expensive hoverbike, only for Revi to never use it again after its debut!

Honestly.....I think it's about time Nobuhiro Mouri took the helm for a Rider show? Since it feels like we're never gonna get a fairly lighthearted Rider again in favor for more drama-like stories, so it seems like a good fit. After all, I think his ability as a secondary writer to bulid upon existing simple frameworks/characters to execute some solid ass drama is underrated ngl. Take any of the KR shows he's worked on and i guarantee at least one of the show's strongest moments are from him? I'd say give him a chance!

I totally agree! I mean, he recently wrote that awesome and emotional Hiromi arc of Revice and I know he wrote some of my favorite episodes of Ghost. If Mouri can write high quality stories with an existing world and characters, imagine what he could do with his own! It's been 5 years since Kyuranger, a pretty decent show, so I think it's time he returned to the role of head writer and show us how he's improved even more.

I know how that feels. During the Revice pre-discussion, I also suggested giving the opportunity to a new writer, citing how Muto was new when he wrote Build. So, now we got Kinoshita, who started out okay but kind of lost it in the middle. But that's the risk we run with new writers. Maybe we'll be lucky and get another Muto, or maybe we'll get another Kinoshita. Who knows? So yeah, I'd feel a lot more comfortable if Geats was written by someone I already know and trust. They've already brought back Fukuda and Takahashi, so I think Muto deserves another turn!

So you think that maybe Kinoshita is actually just a himedanshi and doesn't care much about writing Tokusatsu? Hmm, I guess that would explain why so many other characters are constantly out of focus.
