Yeah, I didn't talk about it for a few reasons:

• It didn't really end up affecting the plot in any meaningful way. Jin loses his dodo buddy pretty quickly, and then the plan shifts to monsterizing Kobe.
  
• The Yua stuff is relentlessly vague, and I genuinely can't ever seem to muster the enthusiasm to game out storylines like this. When the series wants to tell me what Yua's up to, I'm more than happy to engage with it. (Even retroactively!) But until then, the best I can do is go Yua's Doing Some Dirty Work In The Background.
  
• I know there's a dodo MetsubouJinrai character in the future (thanks, Figuarts!), so I feel like there'll be more opportunities to discuss this character down the line, assuming the Key doesn't go to someone else.

I think we see a brief window into the major obstacle of that possibility: Fuwa was going to murder that sweet basketball coach execution-style on a public bridge in front of children, just because it didn't want to get its memory wiped. Aruto's got something of an uphill battle ahead of him!

But, yeah, this show's definitely trying to get us to think about how we might treat an artificial intelligence in a way that preserves both our humanity and its dignity. The middle ground of the AI's necessity as a creation and its possibility of expansion... that's sort of what this whole show is about, at least currently.
