Sure, but Gai's whole thing has always been making something 1000% inescapable; plans within schemes within machinations within traps. Metal Cluster Hopper, by comparison, is a real "Step 3: Profit" kinda strategy. It's going to be bad for Aruto, but it's also by definition uncontrollable and unpredictable. It just seems like more of a Jin plan than a Gai plan, if that makes sense.

I sort of liked how Yuuto being found innocent didn't coincide with Yellow Buster restarting their relationship. I'm sure they had fun for a month, but man, who want to be reminded of all that broken trust?

It's another one of those endings where humans are shown to be capable of change and growth, and I appreciated that. The prosecutor's dismissive and uncaring for most of the story, but then he's ashamed that he fought that hard to convict an innocent man (even though, uh, that's his job, prosecuting cases that are brought to him by the police). Like, he's sort of an asshole, but he's not a villain. He's a victim of bad information, just like most of the people in this story!

Yeah, the Raiders are much cooler for how there's more intelligence to their antics. The Magia are rampaging monsters, only slightly more interesting than mooks. But the Raiders get to attack more strategically, and operate with some planning. It makes for a more dynamic set of opponents, I think.
