By "like Naki" do you mean Genderless/Agender/Non-Binary? If so, in the case of Naki it's my understanding Takahashi did that to reflect the actor's gender identity, rather than it being Takahashi's idea from the start. I've heard Takahashi did include a trans character in the main cast of "The High School Heroes" however, so it does seem like gender identity is something that has been on his mind in his recent works, so I suppose it is possible we could see something related to to that topic in Geats as well?

I'd say it's a bit too early to make any assumptions though, especially about Ginpen specifically lol, there's just not enough information to even make a guess really
