That's not true. Hiromi's body was basically shutting down as he continued to use the Demons Driver.
But aside from that, of the Igarashi's, he was the only one to make a contract.
Kagerou just emerged from Daiji due to his inner feelings being let loose, while Lovekov was just the result of Sakura acknowledging her weaknesses. They never actually made contracts with their demons.
I think Genta did something or another, but I couldn't be assed to watch Vail and see
