Overall I would recommend the Yokai Monsters box set. But I barely remember anything about the movies. I just remember having a good time watching them last year around October whenever the set came out.

I think I liked that 2005 movie the best though. So if you did not like that one, maybe my recommendation would not work for you. I was watching a bunch of Japanese movies from the 60s last year too, so my tastes were probably all messed up back then.

I think I paid $80 for it back in October 2021, and I would do it again too, but it?s like $50 now. I don?t want anyone to waste their money, though. If you gave the 2005 film a shot and did not like it, then it might be wise to pass on the set.
