Having seen the break down for Power Rangers Vs Toei my plan would rebuild Toei as a US series and stay exactly as the source had created it. Not a dub but more of a green screening of it to replace the USA footage and completely match up with what Toei created.

Think of this as a Ranger project the way it was ment to be.

Viz had dubbed Sailor Moon Sailor Stars and brought it over to the USA and with the version as was seen in Japan with a USA cast simular to what happened with the Slayers.

The Toei story footage could be re filmed possibly as was done in Japan with no edits.

This would restore the source series as was intended.

Growl Ranger and Hurri are for solid on this given what I've seen with Hurri so far.

No filler episodes in this case.
